The place is amazing. Beach access just in front of the house and close to restaurants and shops. My family and I had great days there!!

Absolutely loved my stay! The location was so perfect for walking around siesta key and was directly across from the beach access! Also a super easy uber to downtown Sarasota. House was very clean!

The location is perfect, between the beach & the village just minutes away. The stairs suck when you have heavy suitcases but they do warn you about that in the description. I would definitely stay here again. One problem I had was my code didn’t work to get in the building after the first day. I messaged in the text from them and called the service line. It never got fixed. Luckily someone gave us their code so we could get in the building because it took several hours to respond each time. Imagine my surprise not being able to get in the building after a long day at the beach.

Big apartment, has everything you need to enjoy beautiful Siesta Key. Nice dining area, Brand new washer and dryer, beach cart, cooler, chairs, even bodyboards, in 100m from the beach. In walking distance (7 minutes ) from Siesta Village

Beautiful spot to walk to the beach and walk to surrounding shops and restraunts. The only thing is the stairs are alittle dangerous inside for older people. But overall such a great place to stay!

My family of four had a wonderful time at Siesta Key Beach. The proximity of the condo to the village and beach was ideal for us, especially with young children. The accommodations were very clean and offered ample space for us to relax. The only improvement I would suggest is to enhance the kitchen's stock of supplies. Other than that, we loved our stay and would recommend this AirBNB to anyone!

The location was perfect. We celebrated Thanksgiving with family and friends and there was plenty of room for cooking and entertaining. The only issue I had, that some would not have been irritated with, is the lightbulbs in the range hood were blown. I did request to have them replaced fairly early in my stay and they were never taken care of.

The unit was spacious. The amenities covered everything we needed to cook, clean, do laundry, and lounge on the beach-just across the street. Siesta Village was only a couple of blocks away for live music and food. Joseph and Robert in the front office were professional and courteous. We also talked with Steven in maintenance (he was from our home state of Georgia). We will be booking our next year's visit at Living the Dream with Beachside Management-hopefully in the same unit (there are discounts for repeat customers-Joseph reminded us of this). There were some issues with two of the three TV's, kitchen lights, a leak from the garbage disposal, and the master bedroom door lock that could not be unlocked. We told Joseph about these, he wrote them down, and told us they would be corrected that afternoon. We told him we were only reporting them so they would not think we had damaged them, and they could wait until we checked out. We enjoyed our uninterrupted stay.

This was an amazing place to stay. Bigger than expected and decorated so cute! We did not get a car and it was not needed with beach across the street and town a block away! The access to the bikes and the pool was also a huge benefit. The only thing that would have been better is more bath towels and things like dish and laundry soap as well as toilet paper.

Loved it lots, we had an amazing time. Right next to beach and the village with lots of things to do. The house was perfect. We fit 6 people comfortably. Big kitchen and bathroom. Given lots of appliances and even beach chairs!! Would definitely comeback.

Location, location, location.
Parked the car upon arrival and never had to get back in for 6 days except to leave upon checkout.
Don’t even have to put on your sandals to make your way to the beach.
Home was well decorated and comfortable.
Management company is excellent.
Called when we discovered 1 of the provided beach chairs was broken, replacement was brought within 5 minutes!!

Great vacation house! Spacious, and clean. Steps from the beach and walking distance to everything!
Only downfall, there’s a sitting area outside in front of the garage doors/parking area that doesn’t allow the ocean view....But certainly not a deal breaker!
I would definitely recommend this rental and would rent this house again!

We had an amazing stay at this location! Very cute apartment which was even more spacious than we were expecting. It is also in an ideal location - 3 minute walk to the village and less than a minute walk to the beach. Hoping to stay here again in the future.
