The team is the former owner of Sunset Beach Resort and has been in the wedding business for 20 years on Siesta Key, so you can rest assured your big day is in safe hands.

This gorgeous new home on Siesta Key offers luxury around every turn. Complete with 7 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, a private pool and spa area, fenced in yard, large full kitchen, dining room, two living spaces, a game room,  and much more!

Discover Your Dream Event

HOW IT WORKS
1.
Check Availability

Visit the Las Palmas rental page to verify there is availability at the property during your desired dates. Then, reach out to the Las Palmas team to ensure their availability for events. There are minimum stay requirements that fluctuate throughout the year.

2.
Book the Location

Las Palmas reservations will be made with Beachside Management. To host an event during your stay, you will book with the Las Palmas Events Team. The event fee is $3,000 with an additional refundable security deposit of $1,000. For an additional fee, private beach events can be arranged.

3.
Begin the planning

After booking your stay and your event at Las Palmas, you will then begin planning with vendors. We have long list of wonderful preferred vendors, but you can also choose your own. An event coordinator is required for all events at Las Palmas.

After two years, our family gathered from Ohio, California, and East Coast Florida! The home was spectacular and compliments to the interior designers and the pool design. As expected, the heat was on it in Florida and the design of the pool with the shallow shelf and the slide kept the grandchildren safe and cool. The pool was a favorite gathering place. It seemed too good to be true, but the beach was a few minute walk away as was Siesta Village with the fun shops and restaurants! We even arranged a photographer to take family pictures at sunset. The grandchildren will always have this special memory of our trip together!
