Front Desk 

Our front desk team greets guests on the day of arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment and a smooth check-in process. The front desk team is responsible for confirming the arrival of guests and that they meet check-in requirements, assisting with questions/issues during guests' stay, and communicating with housing and maintenance.

Maintenance

Beachside Management has an in-house maintenance team available during business hours, 7 days a week. Our skilled team handles most maintenance issues that arise. Should an issue occur that requires further assistance, we allow owners the choice of working with one of their preferred vendors. If you don't currently work with any specific vendors, we're happy to send vendor recommendations. 

Housekeeping

Our housekeeping inspectors enter each unit immediately after check-out to assess its condition thoroughly. If any issues are identified, they promptly generate the appropriate work orders or housekeeping tasks. We partner with professional cleaning teams who perform a comprehensive deep clean of the property. Once completed, our housekeeping staff returns to the unit to add the final touches, ensuring it is perfectly prepared for the arrival of our next guests.

Revenue

Our revenue manager strategically sets nightly rates and continuously monitors comparable properties to ensure our pricing remains competitive. They establish and adjust length-of-stay requirements based on availability, demand, and evolving market trends, all while adhering to any applicable association or HOA guidelines. In addition, they oversee and approve discounts for loyalty guests, marketing initiatives, and third-party promotional opportunities to optimize both occupancy and revenue.

Accounting

Our accounting department is an essential part of our operation, providing accurate and transparent financial support for our owners. They prepare detailed monthly allocation statements, issue year-end 1099 tax forms, and remain available to address any questions regarding statement breakdowns or financial reporting.

Ecommerce

Our Ecommerce team is responsible for building, monitoring, and updating all property listings on our website and all major third party booking platforms. They work in tandem with the revenue manager, front desk, and marketing team to ensure property details, promotions, discounts, and events are being properly advertised.

Marketing

Our marketing team focuses on implementing several different types of strategies. We focus heavily on social media marketing, email campaigns, blog posts Google ads, SEO management, public relations, and brand marketing. As our company continues to grow, we have begun focusing our efforts into more diverse and consistent marketing campaigns.
