Responsive staff

This is our tenth year coming to Tivoli by the Sea in late January/Early February. We love the location, the view of the beach and the wonderful pool which is never crowded and perfect for doing laps! I want to express special thanks to the maintenance department, especially Juan, for his attentive response to a problem we had with a faulty overhead fan which would not turn off. He responded within minutes to our issue and had the problem fixed promptly. Claire in the office was also extremely helpful and helped me print out documents using the office printer. A great place to unwind on vacation!

Our stay at Tivoli

We’ve been coming here for years & always enjoy our stay. We were a little apprehensive about the change in property management but couldn’t have been happier. The WiFi problem was promptly rectified & we were expecting an important letter that was quickly delivered. Wesley, the onsite manager was knowledgeable, professional & friendly. He’s an asset to your business and represents it extremely well! We will return!!
