Tivoli by the Sea: 503

We stayed at the Tivoli at the beginning of May. It was our first time at the Tivoli. We arrived early and we were able to check in several hours early. The room was very clean. It had a washer and dryer. The dryer wasn't working BUT there was a dryer to use on the second floor which worked out perfectly. The kitchen was large with lots of storage space and a dishwasher. The master bedroom was large with balcony access. The balcony was large with two chaise lounges and a big table. The living room had a big couch and lots of space at dining room table. The second bedroom had two full beds with a giant closet full of lots of beach accessories such as coolers, shovels and buckets and umbrella. The unit was stocked with some condiments and paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates, cups, plastic silverware and napkins. Everything you needed was there except laundry detergent. The heated pool area was beautiful with lots of seating and a small club house with some games. There were beach chairs at pool area to take to beach. The beach access is private and right across the street through a locked gate. It's right next to public beach access so you can walk there if you prefer. Grocery carts are available in parking garage to bring up groceries from cars. Trolley access is very close by to take you all around the area. I highly recommend The Tivoli. It's a quiet place. We were often only people at pool. The walk to village was only 5-10 minutes depending on which way you decided to walk. The balconies all have view of sunset. All rooms have some view of ocean and pool area. Landscaping is very pretty. There's a small putting green area and tennis courts. You are given a code to gain access to everything including the elevator so it's very private. Staff was very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Beachside Management folks Wesley and Claire couldn’t be more professional and helpful in managing the property and answering any questions that arise. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year. This is a great property in a better location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Tivoli 503 in February and into March. This beautiful renovated condo gave Seista Key vibes from the moment we walked in! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of! The first bed room was cozy with a beach theme and all the things you need for Seista Beach-coolers, toys, towels and a wagon!! The living and dining area was beachy bright and roomy! The master bedroom was fantastic with sliders into the balcony!! The balcony was perfect on windy days! The bathrooms were updated and clean. All the linens were clean and usable. The washer and dryer, in the kitchen, were full size. We had to use the dryer in another floor but it was not a problem at all!! Tivoli has a pool which was beautifully kept. The beach chairs were kept there and there were plenty! The putting green was used and was great for what it is. I would definitely stay in Tivoli 503 again!

Wonderful condo where owner has truly thought of everything. Well stocked beach accessories (wagon, beach bags, coolers, toys for kids, beach umbrellas, etc). Kitchen has everything you could possibly need and desk is stocked with paper, batteries, post its, etc). They even have rain umbrellas! Fantastic view of the beach and sunset, and private path to beach. Would definitely return.
