Our House at the Beach - 604E

We loved our stay! The location was perfect for our family since we enjoy the beach daily. They provided plenty of beach chairs and wagons etc.
When we went to use the wagon provided the first day, we noted that the handle was broken and they delivered us a new one the same day.
We would definitely stay here again!

Beachside management is very easy to work with. They have tons of properties in Siesta Key and had exactly what we needed. The condominium, itself, was perfect for a long weekend. It was nicely stocked and comfortable, it was walking distance to the beach and a free shuttle into town. We never did need to use our car as everything was easy to get to. The check in and check out process was super easy. Hannah, at the front desk, gave us all kinds of information about the town and where to go. That was an added bonus!

Clean, well stocked condo unit. Only suggestions would be to supply more items such as paper towels, soap for dishwasher, dish rags and towels, better toliet paper. Having the pool and a grill to cook on was a plus. Views were fabulous. Sunrise from one baloney and sunset from the other. The only down part of our six night stay was it was the noisy construction going on in the condo unit right beside us. They were replacing doors on windows in the unit.The noise was so bad we couldn't stay in the unit for the day. Started at 8am to 5pm. Great unit! I would stay in this unit again.

Condo was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location. Everything you might need or want to go down to the beach is included which was super convenient - no need to bring all your beach gear from home!Host was super friendly and helpful. Helped us arrange for a rental golf cart to be available for us when we arrived which was awesome. Very responsive and great communication from the host which made the whole experience seamless and easy.We will certainly come back!

Awesome week for the 5 of us. Beachside was awesome as a host. The condo was immaculate, views from the balcony were great, everything you needed was provided. Location across from the beach was so convenient. 5 minute trolley ride to all restaurant and shops. Pool area was clean and relaxing. Would definitely come back here or another of beachside management properties on siesta key!

I can't say enough, The patios and views are the unbelievable! Sunrise and Sunset views and right across the street from the beach, they have all the beach items needed, chairs, umbrella, fishing poles and bait bucket, all sizes of coolers, ice packs, everything you need! They actual have cable tv instead of just a Roku tv like all the other places. Free trolley pick up just outside to the village and all of the really good restaurants. We will definitely be staying there again!!

The condo was actually better than described in my opinion. I was so happy to be able to see the ocean to clearly and watch every beautiful sunset from the balcony. There were also lots of separate spaces for moments of chill time without all being right on top of each other. The master bedroom is very spacious as well. We had all the items and space we needed and everything felt very clean and up to date without feeling untouchable with kids.
The management team was very responsive and always helpful as well.

The property was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for beach-goers. Check-in was a little difficult for us as we were arriving well after office hours and the building requires physical keys to be picked up. With a friendly and flexible Uber driver and a little patience, it all worked out! Great communication with the property managers as well. Next time, we'd like to be closer to the Village, but would definitely use these property managers again. Love Siesta Key!

Was clean, awesome location! It was a bit noisy with the Beach access right across the street but you could not get a better view! I’d stay here again!
