Our House at the Beach - 502E

The location was excellent. A short walk to Siesta Keys Beach across the street. The view from balcony was also very nice. The Breeze, a free trolley ride that can take you into the village and back was helpful. I was pleased with the property and will come back. Cannot think of a negative.

You get perfect sunset views on a 5th floor balcony facing the beach. Truly spectacular. Spacious living & dining room. Both bedrooms are large with big closets. Excellent location. Five-minute walk to the beach. Village is a short distance away with a great selection of restaurants and shops. Didn't have a can opener. Mattresses and pillows in both bedrooms are definitely due for replacement.

Loved having morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves. Perfect location. I didn't like that extra garbage bags aren't offered. After 2 or 3 days we needed more. We had 4 adults for 5 nights. With the cooking and food we brought back from the restaurants it filled up fast.

La vista desde el departamento es espectacular. Muebles cómodos y agradables a la vista. Tamaño adecuado y funcional del departamento. Ascensor amplio. Te proporcionan sillas plegables y un buen carrito para jalar y llevarlas a la playa. Las chapa para acceder a la puerta del departamento estaba un poco dura, le faltaba un poco de aceite. Faltó advertir que dentro de los implementos de playa que te proporcionan no estaba considerada la sombrilla.

Loved the view. The condo had plenty of room for our family of 6 and was comfortable! The kitchen had everything we could possibly need to cook. I thought it was on the beach but it was still close enough to walk to the beach

The location, access to Siesta Key beach. Host provided beach chairs, a cooler and wagon to use for the beach. That was a real plus. Some of the kitchen utensils, including the dish rack were dirty and needed to be replaced. Drier vent was clogged, I had to clean it (gross).

Washer/dryer in the unit was a plus. The balconies were wonderful to just lie on the couch taking in the gorgeous weather. No bugs, so we were able to stay out there day or night. We enjoyed the use of the tennis court for some pickleball as well as convenient access to PB courts across the street (which were typically packed). The pool was refreshing. The only complaint was that there was supposed to be bikes available. They were 3/4's of a mile away and in horrible condition. We planned on going to Anna's deli and thought it would be nice to grab them and take a leisurely ride for the day without dealing with traffic or that Frog bus. We weren't expecting much, but the condition of the bikes available were laughable. One of them had a slashed front tire. Mine had a seat that adjusted at a bizarre angle and the third had a lock that wasn't theirs so it couldn't be used. We have seen other resorts that have bikes out that looked usable. This was a disappointing experience.

Great location! Within walking distance to the village, and right across the street from the public beach access. Very clean. The week we stayed was absolutely wonderful. This was our first trip to Siesta Keys. The beach is beautiful!! We've visited several different locations along the gulf, and this, by far, has become our favorite. Our condo was perfect. Very spacious. Beds were a little squeaky but were comfortable. The staff at Beachside Management were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We most definitely can not wait to return.

The property was exactly as we had expected. We really enjoyed our trip the property made our stay amazing. The view is amazing!
One thing I do wish had been different was the cook top controls on the stove. Definitely not a deal breaker by any means but I think it would make cooking a little less stressful. The control settings had been scrubbed off for the stovetop. This made setting the eyes to the temp needed or selecting the correct eye a little difficult. After a little trial and error we had it mastered by the end of our stay but in the beginning it was difficult.

The condo was fabulous and the view of the ocean was beautiful! They thought of everything you could possibly need from the variety of appliances in the kitchen to the cooler, beach chairs and wagon to use on the beach. My only complaint is the beds. The king size bed frame creaked and squeaked every time we moved which made it difficult to stay asleep throughout the night; maybe just a few screws need tightened underneath. In the room with the two beds, the mattresses were very noisy and made a great deal of noise anytime you put any weight on them at all. This would be the only reason why I would not stay in this condo again. Sleeping while on vacation is a must and unless you’re a heavy sleeper, you would find it difficult to get a good sleep here.
