With a king bed in the Master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom, and a twin pullout ottoman , this condo can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests. You will be amazed by the breathtaking views of the Gulf from the wrap around balcony! This unit is on the 5th floor, accessible by stairs or elevator. This location has something for everyone, Our House at the Beach offers guests a heated pool, tennis/pickleball courts and a covered pavilion with grilling area. Right across the street is our world-famous Siesta Beach, and just minutes away is Siesta Key Village, offering endless boutique shopping, live entertainment, and dining, making this condo the perfect place for you to enjoy your island getaway vacation!

King size bed needs a mattress protection, The current one is literally in falling apart and thread bare.

The property was exactly as we had expected. We really enjoyed our trip the property made our stay amazing. The view is amazing!
One thing I do wish had been different was the cook top controls on the stove. Definitely not a deal breaker by any means but I think it would make cooking a little less stressful. The control settings had been scrubbed off for the stovetop. This made setting the eyes to the temp needed or selecting the correct eye a little difficult. After a little trial and error we had it mastered by the end of our stay but in the beginning it was difficult.

The condo was fabulous and the view of the ocean was beautiful! They thought of everything you could possibly need from the variety of appliances in the kitchen to the cooler, beach chairs and wagon to use on the beach. My only complaint is the beds. The king size bed frame creaked and squeaked every time we moved which made it difficult to stay asleep throughout the night; maybe just a few screws need tightened underneath. In the room with the two beds, the mattresses were very noisy and made a great deal of noise anytime you put any weight on them at all. This would be the only reason why I would not stay in this condo again. Sleeping while on vacation is a must and unless you’re a heavy sleeper, you would find it difficult to get a good sleep here.
