Our House at the Beach - 501W

First, the place is great and you cannot beat the location as far as access to the main beach area of Siesta Key. Access to the village (bars, restaurants, etc.) is easy by foot or the local (and free) trolley. The only real issue, albeit a minor one, is that the bikes that are available with your stay are not at the same complex but rather a mile away at a sister hotel. Not a huge deal - they are still available, free for use - but they are only available during their normal business hours and for 3 hours at a time rather than just having them readily available with your unit as I have experienced in the past. If you don't plan to use bikes, this is a total non-issue.

We loved our stay in this condo. It was in perfect location to attend event at Public Beach. My only problem was low water pressure in Master suite bathroom. We had a plumbing issue but it was fixed by management. We would rent this same condo again!

The condo was very comfortable; the view was great.We enjoyed grilling by the pool while our children swam.Walking across the street to the beach was really nice.The management was very attentive to our needs.Our family looks forward to staying again next year for our vacation

We absolutely loved the condo that we stayed in! The location was great and super easy access to the beach. All of the amenities we expected in a a VRBO were there. Only challenge we had was beachside management was nonresponsive. We sent questions about what was available in the condo multiple times and no one responded before we got there. Also, when we checked in the staff was not helpful about how to find our condo. We did request a broom at one point and the management companyhelped provide, so we were grateful for that to help with the sand everywhere from the beach.

Wide open views of the beach and especially the sunsets. What stood out was how thorough the cleaning was, with everything spotless and clean. New appliances and very functional space. Right across the street from the beach entrance. We will definitely be back.

We loved this property and will come back. The place was spotless and Beachside Management was great to work with. Only issues were the kitchen. Needs some extras. One day we came back from the beach and our door was open and a maintenance man was there working. That was a bit scary. The guy was very nice and helpful but some warning would have been nice. Again, we will be back!

I booked this trip as a graduation present for my 18 year old daughter and her friend . They wanted a strictly “ beach “ vacation. The location and THAT view exceeded our expectations!
The bathrooms were perfect and we had started coffee paper towels and dish soap on arrival!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit - great location walking distance to the beach. It was nice to have beach wagon, beach chairs and cooler included that we were able to use. The pool was also nice, clean and inviting. Unit was clean and had great ocean and sunset views. IN unit laundry was very convenient.
It was very easy to work with this management company and would use them again due to the ease of working with their team. They were prompt and responsive with answering questions prior to our stay and easy to work with when our travel plans changed last minute and we needed late check in.
