We had a wonderful stay at the condo. We had a tv issue but it was promptly fixed. The management was extremely nice and easy to deal with. I would definitely go back.

First visit to SKB, only 1 property review, and this location nailed it! My twin daughters turned 16 and opted for a beach getaway. Check-in was easy and communication with the property management team was quick. Condo was ideally located equidistant between "The Village" and the shops/restaurants located near Stickney Point Rd. We were directly across the street from public beach access. Given how early the parking lot filled up, staying in walking distance of the beach was a great decision. The condo was IMMACULATELY clean! Floor to ceiling windows allow a flood of sunlight :-). The four of us had ample space to relax after our days at the beach, kayaking, bike riding, & eating! The kitchen included everything we needed to prepare breakfast daily. Mattresses were comfortable. Towels are available in abundance. My only issues were with the advertised beach equip. 2 of 4 beach chairs were usable and 1 of 2 umbrellas available.
This condo is a hit! Prop Mgmt team are pros!
