Accessible by stairs or elevator, Our House at the Beach offers a heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a covered pavilion with grills. Just minutes from Siesta Key Village, you'll enjoy boutique shopping, live entertainment, and a variety of dining options.

The Space:
Bedroom 1- Queen
Bedroom 2- Two twins

Kitchen, Dining Area, Balcony, Shared Grill, Pool, and Tennis Courts

The Location:
- 0.2 Miles to Siesta Key Public Beach
- 1.1 Miles to Siesta Key Village
- 1.5 Miles to Crescent Village
- Pool on Site or 1.1 Miles to Partner Property Pool Access
- Less than 400 Feet to local free trolley stop.
Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

Important things to note:
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Commercial Trucks, Trailers, Boats, and Motorcycles are NOT allowed on property grounds.
- Check-in is located at our office at 5700 Midnight Pass Rd. Suite 1 Siesta Key, FL
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.

The condo was nice, the hosts were responsive. It’s a good walk to get to the shops, and there is a free trolly that stops right in front of the condo that will take you all over. The beach is across the street, but you do need to walk across a large parking lot and a bit of beach to get to the ocean. A good value and the deck is perfect for morning coffee

Beautiful home, housekeeping was pristine and the lanai was amazing to have morning coffee! So many extras to make our stay feel like we were right at home. Definitely would stay again!

We had a great stay in Siesta Key. The condo was perfectly located across the street from the beach. There is also a tram stop right out front taking you all around the island. We loved not having to get into the car once we arrived.
The condo was perfect for our family of 4 with separate beds for our kids and beach chairs and cart ready for our use.
Claire from beachside management was super helpful with the check-in process and making restaurant recommendations

This condo was perfect. We could walk across the road to the beach. It had two outdoor balconies great for morning cofee. The condo was clean and well outfitted. There was a free trolley stop right in front of our building which made getting into the village super easy. Only minor issue was the bedroom TVs weren't working, but I'm sure that will be fixed in time for the next guest. Overall great place and great location.
