Off the Hook

Very comfortable for the 7 of us. Had a wonderful time. Plenty of beach chairs, beach wagon and coolers so that we could fully enjoy the beach.

2025 was the third year we stayed at Off the Hook and we will be back again in 2026. It's a great home for our annual family summer reunion with all the kids and grandkids. It has something for everyone of all ages - stocked with beach supplies, games, toys, Very nice pool on property - practically private. And a nice walk to beach and town. Everyone enjoys it, and feels right at home. Beachside is a first class property management company. Claire is so accommodating answering all our questions and needs throughout the stay.

Every part of booking this home, reaching out to the property management company with questions, checking in and checking out was very smooth. Everyone I worked with at the property management company was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to my emails. Check in was very efficient, we were even able to check in a little earlier than expected. The house is very clean and just as pictured. The beach is a short 6-8 minute walk away. Use of the elevator would be helpful with hauling luggage in and out, but overall, this was a great find and we would book again!

We had an amazing week here the week of the 4th. This house was spacious (we loved the couch) and we have booked with Beachside multiple times. Grace was so sweet and accommodating at checkin and Jamie made rebooking a smooth, easy process. We can’t wait to get back to the key next year!

This was our second time at Off the Hook, and we all loved every minute of our family beach vacation. The location is awesome, short walk to the beach, right across from the canals to kayak, an easy walk to town with shops/restaurants (even kids walked it so you know it’s a short walk). The house itself is upscale but very comfortable, with several different areas for entertaining, so we were never all on top of each other. Screened lanai for some quiet time, down garage with games, large Family room off kitchen, 3rd floor lanai for cocktails in the evening and lovely view and even a kids area with a tent and toys/games for kids. Could not ask for more! Fully stocked kitchen, towels, beach equipment, kayaks and much much more! And extremely clean, really we can’t wait to return for our third time in Summer of 2025! And a shout out to Claire at Beachside Management for helping us make our vacations work for our family!

Had such a lovely stay here. We had 3 children ranging from 7 months to 4 years old and it was perfect. The pool was so close to our condo. The beach was within walking distance and they provided a wagon to help assist our walks. It was truly a lovely stay and probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. The staff was incredibly responsive and was able to answer all my questions. We will be back!

Our family had such a great time there!
The place was so cute and clean. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We were within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shopping. We were only a block and a half away from the beach entrance! We all loved the fun play toys in the garage! The Management Company was great to work with.
We are hoping to be able to come back next year!!

We had a great stay and would definitely book again. Very comfortable beds, good water pressure in the showers, and walkable to the village which is a must for us. The rental had everything listed and more. There was a Keurig in addition to the drip coffee maker, lots of extra fans for the bedrooms, and many kids toys and books. If you have small children, make sure you take advantage of the access to the pool at Siesta Beach Club & Suites, just a quick 5-6 minute walk away. The tiki bar and food truck there are great too and they deliver poolside. It’s a nice perk to renting with Beachside Management. 10/10.

We loved the location of this property, it was super clean, and is very roomy with comfy sofa and bedding. We used the kitchen a lot for cooking our dinners and felt that it could’ve been a bit better stocked with necessities (can opener, mixer, more baking dishes, & bowls) however, we were able to make do for the most part. Otherwise, a perfect location and VERY clean. Robert and all Beachside staff were extremely friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to be back.

Fabulous beach house, close to everything you could want, yet in a private and quiet setting. The house had more than we could need, beds very comfortable, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. My family hopes to rent this house again next summer. Thank you to the owners for attention to all the little details that make this not just a rental, but a home!

The house was perfect for my teens with easy access to the beach and village. Raphael in maintenance really went the extra mile to help us when the boys locked themselves out of their bathroom.

We’ll definitely be returning! The home was perfect for a family with all ages! Close to town but still private and quiet. Host was responsive and suggested good local recommendations. Beautiful home perfect for kids and adults alike.

We enjoyed our wonderful stay at this large and private condominium a couple of blocks from beach and village. Nice quiet community pool, many amenities including kid packnplay/toys, elevator, garage game area, Kuerig + regular coffeemaker and porch + roof deck. Large and comfortable 2nd floor living space and nice 3 bedrooms/2 baths on 3rd floor. 4th floor loft with full bath, tv, refrigerator, desk and 3 day beds easily accommodated an adult. Beachside Management helpful and responsive plus provided access to a club.
