Lookout

The Lookout was absolutely beautiful, looked just like the pictures. The Siesta Beach is literally right across the street. There were shops and restaurants are right down the street. The place was clean and comfy. It was the perfect place to unwind and celebrate my 40th birthday with my girls! Beachside Management was responsive and proactive. I would definitely stay with them again.

I stayed at this property for a week during the summer, and it was a wonderful experience. The house is very spacious, with plenty of rooms featuring private bathrooms—perfect for my family’s needs. The kitchen area is large and became a great gathering spot in the evenings. The views are incredible; simply sitting outside and looking over the beach was well worth it. The pool wasn’t quite as large as it looked in the photos, but it was still enjoyable, and we made good use of it. The beach is just a short walk away, and we went daily—a true highlight of our stay. My family and I have been renting Beachside Management properties every year, and we keep coming back because of their professionalism and excellent service. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Jamie, Grace, and Claire in the past, and I highly recommend them. A few things to note: mosquitoes are plentiful in the area, so be sure to bring repellent. The elevator wasn’t working; we hadn’t realized there was one at all, but it would have been helpful for our elderly companions. The outside gate also wasn’t closing properly. Overall, this property made for a wonderful summer getaway, and I look forward to returning again.

Beautiful space, beautiful location, wonderful stay! The hosts were beyond responsive and accommodating. We couldn’t have enjoyed this home more. The breathtaking rooftop view and walkability were unmatched. I would recommend “the lookout” 1000 times over!

Great location within walking distance to the village. Roof top view was amazing. Plenty of room for the family and everyone enjoyed the pool. The home was spacious, clean and relaxing. Beach access was very close. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place, very close to two different beach access points as well as the main Siesta Key beach. Lots of beach gears available for use. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious, and open kitchen is great place to cook and hang out while enjoying the beach view. Top floor gas grill was a fantastic touch, enjoying BBQ while watching sunset over the Gulf. You definitely have to be physically fit for climbing up and down the stairs though, as they clearly indicated in their property description. Swimming pool is not big but gets the job done in the hot afternoon sun. Kids enjoyed it thoroughly. Balconies are great for relaxing either before or after meals. Overall just great place to stay.

We had a lovely vacation at this beautiful home! Despite a few glitches, the stay met all of our expectations and more! The house was very clean upon arrival. Check in could have been timed a bit better: we checked in and the house wasn't ready, but as soon as we got to a restaurant to buy time, the house was ready (not a big deal). We were able to store our luggage there which was nice. Check out was simple. Beach Management company was very responsive when I messaged with issues, and they sent technicians out immediately to evaluate the problem.
The walk to the beach was farther than expected, but the beach access itself is very long. The access to the beach was very clo9se, once we figured out where it was! The house provide a wagon which was a MUST to lug everything to the beach! The pool was more shaded than I had anticipated, however was VERY refreshing after the walk back from the beach! The shade was a reprieve, and we spent a lot of time in there!
The views of the beach, sunrise, and sunsets were spectacular from the rooftop deck! There were 2 yoga mats also at the house which were perfect for morning rooftop yoga!
The only complaints I have is that there were a few previous renters belongings (flip flops) behind the garbage cans, beer cans and liquor bottles by the pool, roof, and in cabinets. Also, the porch furniture on the main level was not in great shape and could be replaced, and there were missing handles on 2 of the sliding glass doors. The grill needed cleaned badly! and the rooftop mini fridge has mold.
All and all we enjoyed our stay and would rent this property or another Beachside Management company in the future :)

Great place! Beautiful home in a great location. You can see the ocean from your balcony, walk to the beach, and about a 15 minute walk to the village. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, and this home has an awesome rooftop balcony as well! Our group had a wonderful time staying here, and we can't wait to come back!

We really recommend this home along with location. It is beautiful and spacious however if you are elderly or have very young children/toddlers just beware there are a lot of steps involved.
