Living the Dream - Pink Flamingo

The Beachside Management staff has been so kind and easy to work with ... we don't book with anyone else! Grace was wonderful to help us change a reservation when a family emergency came up and she has been exceptionally helpful each time we have worked with her. Honestly, all the employees we have ever worked with were very good to us. Living the Dream is close to the beach and an easy walk across the street, even with small children. We have stayed at this property probably 4-5 times in both the Pink Flamingo and Starfish units. There is a garage on property you can store beach equipment in, there are lounge chairs in the front and back of the building, a water hose to rinse off, a beach wagon, chairs, towels, and cooler to use. The on-site washer and dryer are great to have (specially for beach trips). The full kitchen is so helpful so we can eat in sometimes. We also love that we are allowed to use the pool at the nearby Siesta Key Beach Resort & Suites on days we want a break from the ocean. There are SO many really good restaurants and shops at the Village just a short walk away. If you have never been to Siesta Key you will fall in love with its beauty ... and if you are looking for the BEST property management company to book through Beachside Management is who you want!

El alojamiento está en perfectas condiciones, todo muy limpio y ordenado, cuenta con todos los elementos nuevos y precisos para una estadía perfecta.
Lo único el tema del check in que había que ir hasta la agencia para registrarse y obtener los códigos de ingreso, algo que generalmente se hace directamente en la propiedad

We had a wonderful stay during February 2026 with our three children. The home had everything we needed to accommodate us and was very clean and cozy. It was just steps away from the ocean. The location was a 10. It was close to all the restaurants, bars, and in livelihood.

Great Location and tons of space! Literally across the street from one of the best beaches in the world and a 2 minute walk from the central hub of siesta key with a market, restaurants, bars, and shops. All new furniture and appliances.

We had a great time here. Perfect location to beach and town. Great, and friendly management company. Place had basic starter amenities but close enough to walk and get any supplies you need at the local market. We love it in Siesta Key and this place was great!

Excellent location, love Siesta Village and the beach access. Great service. Lack of amenities such as sponge for sink, trashbags and papertowels. Bring those items and you'll be great.

This house was beautiful and in a perfect location if you’re looking for a private, quiet and relaxing get away. The house was very clean and has all the basic necessities provided. If you run out of things like toilet paper, paper towels and dish washing liquid, be aware that you are responsible for replacing whatever you need to get through the rest of your stay. They provide 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper and a small travel size of dish washing liquid to give examples. I will say that the photos are not the same place that you will actually stay in. There is only 1 bathroom and 2 beds (1 king and 1 full). Other than that, you can still sleep at least 5-6 people comfortably. Beachside also is very quick to respond to written messages which was great. I would highly recommend staying at one of their properties! There are shops and restaurants just 5 minutes away walking also.
