We had another great vacation on Siesta Key beach. This property is exactly where you want to be if you enjoy easy access to the beach, pool, and restaurants in the village. We enjoyed being able to wake up every morning with a beautiful view of the sunrise and ending our nights with a sunset.

The view from this unit is truly breathtaking. I loved cooking looking at the view and the decks block wind so we had sun all morning on the decks. Once the sun moved you would enjoy the deck off the bedroom. I am looking forward to going back next year.

Great location and very quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. The condo served our needs perfectly. The kitchen appliances and dishes were extremely clean, which we really appreciated. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

The view is amazing! Clean, beautiful, comfy! Everything was really nice, management company was quick to respond. As a quick note to future renter: bring or buy: toilet paper(you’ll get 2 rolls per bathroom for the week) laundry detergent (none) , dishwasher detergent (2 provided for the week) paper towels if needed(1 roll provided) hand soap(2 bars provided- 1 per bathroom but we used them for the showers) cone shaped coffee filters or kcups(none) I’ve stayed in lots of vrbos and it’s always good to know what to buy if you’re shopping on the way to the condo! Overall a great experience! A/c worked great!

This condo is highly recommended for a family and those looking for an upscale accommodation. It’s right on the beach and close to the famous seista key village. We will be returning for sure.

We LOVED the week we spent in Siesta Key! Our condo at Jamaica Royale was awesome and the view was beautiful!! We loved the beach and the pool. There was plenty of room and lots of amenities. There were beach chairs, a wagon and beach toys.There should be more utensils in the kitchen and hangers in the closets. The hallway toilet "runs" and a "slat" is missing from the verticals from the master bedroom which allowed sun to shine through in the morning. There should be lights at night in the parking lot-much too dark. Also there should be cleaning supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. Just a few suggestions to make a great place even greater!!

Great two bedroom/two bath condo with fantastic views of the Gulf. Walk out the door and you're on the beach. Great kitchen if you decide to stay in and cook!

Great beachfront penthouse condo! The view is everything. Sunrise view from the balcony & even the master bedroom. You can even see sunset from common walkway balcony outside front door of condo. Can hear the ocean waves from the balcony. Top floor allowed us to even sunbathe from the balcony. Very roomy common space & kitchen had all we needed to make meals. Had some a/c issues initially but the mgmt team resolved this in a satisfactory manner. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is fantastic! The stunning views were exactly as advertised. A beautiful condo with amazing views on beautiful Siesta Key. Upon arrival, we did need help getting in and Beachfront Management had 24 hour help available. Loved riding the frog/trolley vs. driving our car. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The place was beautiful! Not only that, but we were arriving at the tail end of a hurricane and the management team was very responsive to my questions and concerns and made sure that the unit was ready for our arrival. We had an amazing time!
