Important things to note:
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Recreational Vehicles, boats, or trailers may not be parked overnight on the premises without permission from the Jamaica Royale Office
- Check-in is located at our office at 5700 Midnight Pass Rd. Suite 1 Siesta Key, FL
- To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.

The Partner Property Pool is a resort style pool located in the Siesta Key Village. All Jamaica Royale Units have access to Jamaica Royale's 3 pools as well. The photo of the pool between the two buildings is located at Jamaica Royale.
