We watched the sunset from lanai several evenings, the direct sunset is viewable from April- August in unit 18; main reason we go to this condo. Also the complex has many returning friendly folks. Views from your bed of the Gulf of Mexico and private lanai too! Smaller complex of 18 units makes for a relaxing pool time. When we had 2 couples visit, the property has 2 common areas. The upstairs table has “Birds Eye” view of Gulf, comfortable chairs & tables to enjoy cocktails & hors d’oeuvres. Short walk, 2 properties to the beach! Ocean Blvd with many restaurants, shopping & night life is a couple of blocks away. Really a fun atmosphere to enjoy a vacation!

There was a great view of the beach from the porch. The location was very convenient to the beach and restaurants.

This particular unit has a generous lanai overlooking the beach/water which was lovely to visit with friends upon. A mere 1/4 block (possibly less) walk and you are on the pristine beach. Easy 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops was wonderful as Siesta Key parking is is expensive ... IF you can find any. In short the location is fabulous. I booked through a 3rd party which did not communicate well about check in. The office is a bit of a drive away, but once we figured out how to get the lock code from them, all was grand.

We had a great time at Gulf Holiday #18 when we stayed for a week in July. It is a quick walk to the beach and to the SK Village. The pool is nice and well kept. The condo is small but has everything you need, including a nice lanai overlooking the beach. The best part of our stay was watching the sunset every night from the lanai. I highly recommend Beachside Management. They were a breeze to work with. We will definitely use them again for our next SK adventure!🌅

The staff in the office were extremely helpful, but it was easier to call and get help/info rather than messaging via Airbnb. The space was clean and just as described. Only a 2 minite walk to the beach!

This is our most favorite place to stay simply for the view and closeness to the beach. All of the staff at Beachside Management are awesome and very helpful; Ms. Grace at the front desk was awesome when we checked in and Claire was pleasant and helpful when rebooking. Will continue to use Beachside Management for all of our stays at Siesta Key. See you guys next time!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was perfect for our group of 11. We loved sitting outside by the fire and cooking together in the amazing kitchen. The location is great and close to everything we wanted to do. Our host, Mary was great to work with and flexible with check in and check out times, which out group really appreciated. If we visit Lake Geneva again, we would love to stay here.

The airbnb was wonderful. The only issue we had was on Airbnb, the bed is labeled a “King” but when we arrived, the bed was a queen. Other than that, we really enjoyed the location of this place!
