Thank you very much for your positive review. I have forwarded your feedback to the HOA in case they want to add a grill to the area. I do know however that is a smoke-free property so I don't believe a designated smoking area will be implemented. Thank you again and we hope to host you again!

The location of this unit is great - close easy access to the beach and village. The unit was clean and comfortable. They provided chairs, wagon, and cooler for the beach which was so convenient - all were new and in good shape. We will be booking with this company again. Thanks Raquel and team at Beachside.

We were anticipating another great stay at Gulf Holiday and this week did not disappoint. We have stayed at this unit in the past and love the area, with a short walk to the beach and to the village. The unit was stocked with towels, bedding, everything you need in the kitchen, and includes a cart, 2 chairs, cooler, umbrella, and two beach towels which made our experience great. Raquel was very helpful in setting up transportation and recommending fun activities in the Village. Can't wait to go back!

Second visit to this property. Excellent location so close to the beach and restaurants. Unit was clean, modern, and a perfect way to enjoy Siesta Key Village. Already recommended to friends and family. Cannot wait to go back again.

My husband and I have found our perfect get-a-way from our busy work lives at Gulf Holiday! We have rented a place every year at Siesta Key since 2001 and have finally found our favorite place. The beach is just steps away and the short walk to the village with all of the restaurants is ideal. We have rented with many different companies and locations over the years, but Beachside Management makes everything very easy. The unit is completely remodeled and perfect for my husband and I when we want to get away. Since we found this unit in 2023, we have now been back 3 times and have booked again for next month as well as planning our 2026 trip.

Short walk to the beach. Short walk to the town square. Short car ride to Crescent and Turtle Beach. Close to airport and Selby Botanical Gardens. Clean and comfortable. Perfect for 2.

This cozy apartment at Gulf Holiday is perfect for 2 adults and couldn't be in a better location. A 2 minute walk to the Gulf beach right at Patriot's Pier and a 4-5 minute walk to the village to the restaurants and shops. The pool is right out the front door and has plenty of loungers and friendly people. My husband and I have stayed at 2 different Beachside Management properties and we already booked our third stay at a Beachside property for next winter. The entire staff at Beachside is easy to work with and they're great at communication in person, by email, text and phone. Grace is so helpful and can answer any question about all of their properties.

The property was as expected and in the perfect location to beach and Main Street full of restaurants and shops. The pool was unexpectedly under construction but this was made right by the management office very quickly and other pools were nearby and provided to us so overall I felt it was rectified. It was slightly inconvenient to check-in at management office but this was communicated prior to booking so I was aware.

We loved our unit! You’re definitely paying for the location - so close to the beach! The pool was great, lots of floaties to use but wish there were umbrellas at the tables for extra shade. Our unit was small but had everything we could possibly need - cooler, beach chairs, coffee maker, extra blankets, etc. If staying for a couple of days, bring extra toilet paper and paper towels but the market is within walking distance! Also, thanks for letting us check in late - communication was awesome! We would absolutely come back and stay again!

The place was great. Management was very helpful. It was awesome staying on first floor right in front of pool. Our family was just across the street so most time was spent at their house and that is where the wedding was, so did not make use of the cooler or beach chairs but was great that they were there for our use. Also I had bought paper goods so no dishes or cooking was needed but the place did have all that if one wanted or needed to cook. I would defiantly stay there again. Can walk to beach or shops or restaurants. All within a block away. Hope to be back soon!

The condo was even better than advertised! Mere steps from the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a small market. Breakfast at "Another Broken Egg" is a must! This is a lovely little beach town that rolls up the sidewalks at 10pm, not a party town, which was fine by us! The only problem we had was that we didn't stay longer! Will definitely visit again!!

Half a block is right! We could walk up from our spot on the beach to get supplies or use the facilities very quickly. Once we parked our car, we didn’t need it the rest of the time. Everything is walking distance in the village.

Adorable and affordable place literally steps from the beach on a dead end street! It was closer to the beach than I expected, maybe half a block. Perfect for 2 people. Restaurants and shopping were close by, easy check in, and stocked with anything you could need. Loved it.

Incredible location. About 100 steps to the beach and an easy walk right to the heart of Siesta Key village.
Clean, comfortable room, updated decor, great shower. Check in and checkout was easy. Overall, could not have worked out better for us!
