The condo was very nice. Great size and location! We enjoyed how walkable it was to everything. The pool was a little farther than we would have liked, but the ocean was right out the front door! 2 of the bedrooms have sky lights so if you aren’t a morning person, those rooms aren’t for you. I would definitely stay there again!

Our 3rd stay at 53 Beach Road. Beautiful unit, very private area, have dinner every night on the sunset view deck! Four bedroom/four baths. Would highly recommend! Staff at Beachside is helpful. Jasmine was great!

We loved being right on the beach. The unit was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed walking to the village nearby and especially the easy access to the beach. The pool is a bit of a walk especially for small children although it was a nice place.
Be aware that the management company provides very limited trash bags, toilet paper and dishwasher detergent.

The location was ideal, esp. with little kids. View was amazing and so easy to just walk onto beach. Beachside Management was very responsive when I had a question which I appreciated. Everything was great. A heads up for families to pack a few sand toys as we had to go buy those and then leave them there. Also FYI to bring your own shampoo, etc.

We enjoy staying at these condos because they have easy access to the beach. The beach is literally right out the door. These condos seem to be soundproof. We never heard our neighbors. Further, Beach Management is the best. They always answer the phone and resolve any questions. Emily and Claire are friendly and knowledgeable.

Would also like to give kudos to Clair the front desk clerk for making our check in easy and and quick, this property is in the best location, the home was very comfortable for our 11 guests , great location great sunset view from our balconies, a great overall experience.

We stayed for 9 days. It was a beautiful sunset facing balcony overlooking the ocean. You couldn’t ask for a better place. Super cool that each night they honor the veterans right on the beach and lower the flag. Absolutely beautiful!!!!

Beachside Management was fantastic to work with during our recent vacation in Siesta Key. Our unit Fanta-Sea 53 was exactly as pictured on their website and was super clean. We had all the supplies needed. They responded to calls, texts and emails promptly and assisted us greatly throughout our stay. Claire, Caleb and Grace has been super helpful with booking our unit again next year. Highly suggest staying at one of their properties!

This was our second time to stay at this property. Waking up to the sand and sea every morning is a dream. The property was well maintained and stocked. The linens were very comfortable and clean. Every morning and evening there is a flag ceremony at Patriots Pier that you can watch from your balcony that is backdropped by the sunset. Grace, Trish, the maintenance crew and other employees at Beachside Management are so helpful and nice. We are already booked for next year!!

This property is uniquely beautiful. It has a front row view to the most amazing beach and sunsets. The interior is even nicer than the pictures shown. The beach is a fantastic spot called Sunset Point but, just so folks know, also serves as a memorial aka Patriots Pier, where there are touching tributes to the fallen - and those with hardship. It’s a beautiful ceremony timed with the sunset. We sincerely did not want to leave this home and had the best time.

Awesome location. Easy check-in. We live on the Key so it was easy to go get anything we needed from home -haha. The ultimate staycation. Beach out front by day, walk to Village for shopping and restaurants, sunsets every night. The best for family of 6 adults. Will do it again!

Great place to stay, we looked at other rentals on the beach, and all of them had a long walk to get to the beach. This house you walked out the front door, down the end of the drive way and you were on the beach. Made it very easy to walk back to the house and get drinks, food or what ever. And it's a 5 minute walk to the Village. Inside there are 4 bedroom with 4 bathrooms and each of the bedrooms had large flat screen Tv's and the best part was sitting out on the deck watching the sun set and hearing the waves break. There are plenty of chairs, I think around 8 with an umbrella, which did not cover enough shade for 6 people, so I went and purchased a 10x10 pop up tent and a charcoal grill which I donated to the house

Beautiful place and perfect location right on the beach and also walkable to town. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 kids. Space was exactly as in in the photos. Would definitely visit again. My lone quibble was that there is a super exorbitant cleaning fee (included in the airbnb fee), but we didn't find the place as spotless as such a high cleaning fee would imply. Otherwise the place was perfect.

If you have a large family and need lots of space, this home is perfect! We came to enjoy the beach with our 3 adult children, their spouses, and our 3 year old grand daughter. The four spacious and comfy bedrooms with queen beds (3 with full baths attached and one with a full bath right next door), spacious and comfy living area, two balconies with spectacular views, large kitchen, washer & dryer, mudroom type area as you come in where all the beach gear is stored, and an awesome location make this a perfect vacation spot for a family! You literally walk right out the door and onto the sand! It is walking distance to many restaurants and shops as well as a market. You can drive to Publix in 15 minutes and to some great Sarasota restaurants in 20 minutes. You must have dinner at Owens Fish Camp—best meal all week and best desserts ever!

The location was perfect. Right on the beach and a super easy walk to town. Amazing views from the house of the ocean and the house was super nice. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice amenities...couldn’t ask for more! We really didn’t want to leave. I am very picky/selective on where I stay - and you really can’t beat this place.

This place was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect! The front yard is literally the beach, you couldn’t possibly get any closer. It’s also a very short walk into the village, so we walked often to grab lunch and dinner or restock on grocery items from the market. Plus it’s right in front of sunset point, so you can watch beautiful sunsets from the balconies. The house is gorgeous, decorated modern and beachy, with a lot of space! We had 6 adults, two kids, and an infant, and two more adults and a teenager were able to visit with plenty of room to eat and play games. The washer and dryer were so convenient to keep up with the kid’s laundry while we were there. There was even 6 beach chairs, beach towels, and two bikes provided on site, as well as a garage to store all of the beach supplies and our beach toys and floats. Parking was a non-issue. We were able to fit a van, small SUV, and a car very comfortably right in front of the house, and even had a fourth car there prior to returning it to the rental agency. We loved this house and location and would definitely rent again!

Fantastic half of a duplex ON the beach at the end of a dead-end street. No better place on earth for watching the sunset over the gulf. Or walking the beach at sunrise. Three short blocks to shops, etc in Siesta Key village. Our extended family of 9 was very comfortable there for a week.
