We flew from CA to meet my BFF from 2nd grade at the house. Entry was super easy. House was exactly as pictures showed. The best part was location. Every night the National Anthem was played for the lowering of flags. You could throw a ball from the deck to the beach. It’s a short walk to all you need from dinner, drinks, shopping or groceries. We will be back for sure. I cannot recommend this house more. Thank you to the host for setting up a wonderful location and management for keeping the house in great shape. See you soon.

If you plan on staying here for the view and location, this is the perfect place for a family for friends vacation. We had a flexible check-in due to my flight being delayed, which was extremely considerate. This location is prime, walking distance from the local village and the strip of beach it is on is far removed from the public beach for a more private experience.

I grew up visiting family in Sarasota and have been coming to Siesta Key my whole life. My group and I stayed at this property for my Bachelorette and it was PERFECT. I communicated with the management company right off the bat about it being a large group girls’ trip and they were so kind + had no issue with the occasion!
It was peaceful, tons of space to sleep and cook, the ocean view porches are stunning and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Sunsets every night and within walking distance to the main strip of restaurants and bars on the key. We also loved the included use of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and also laundry!
If you need a relaxing spot with beautiful views on a perfect beach - this is the place!

Stayed 4 nights and it’s a great location. Right on beach Rd with the Siesta Key Village just a short 9 minute walk. We walked each night to supermarket and restaurants. The beach is short here too so no giant distance lugging tents or chairs. If we forgot something it wasn’t a big deal since the house was right there. The kitchen was missing a few key items but as soon as we reported them it was quickly resolved. The living room area was a little tight when we had all 9 people around as only one 3-seater couch but it was not a big deal for 4 days. The beach does get crowded at night for sunset since it’s a public beach access and the place technically sits on beach rd, there is a dead end and lots of cars and golf carts coming and making u-turns so stay vigilant with little ones. Overall great unit and plenty of space in each room. Highly recommend.

Beachfront is optimal and probably the closest home in area to the beach, walking to restaurants, and enjoying the ocean view from the deck.
Deck chairs comfortable..seats 6.
Feedback that would make it more luxurious- provide bigger and maybe 1-2 more bath towels per room(only provided 2 SMALL bath towels per room)Also, a bath rug or bath mat for shower use would be nice to prevent wet/slippery floors. Also no hot pads or kitchen towels(sponge only) seem a bit dysfunctional for cooking and cleaning a glass top kitchen table which could use cleaning under the glass.
Like most rentals, minimal kitchen and bath toiletries to get you through a few days only. Beds do squeak just sitting down as other reviews mention/dryer too.Mattress comfortable, seems like bad box springs? Maybe ice machine just wasn’t on so purchased ice
Small living room space if had max ppl-we had 7
Overall the location is premium. A few small amenities would make a big difference but not deal breaker vs location

You can’t go wrong with this location. The beach is outside the front door and you can see the sunset from the deck. There is no public parking nearby so the beachfront was never crowded and it was great to not have to rush out in the morning to get space. The house has many king sized bedrooms which is great for a mostly adult trip. We only had one issue which was the a/c and management was quick to resolve it. We loved our stay there!

We come to Siesta a few times a year, and the experience at this property was phenomenal. Of course, the location being the clear best part. The home itself is perfect for a family trip. There’s 5 bedrooms (2 With en suite baths) and 4 bathrooms, so we came with two families as well as grandparents. Perfect set up. We got to enjoy evening/nighttime hangouts on the beach with our kids, and that was the highlight for us. To go out to the beach in the night and enjoy the sunset and the moonlit beach was incredible. All we had to do was a 30 second walk back to the house. We plan to come back.
Side note: We had a minor plumbing issue we called about, they sent someone the same day, and turns out the sink cap was in the way lol. So it was our fault.., They resolved it right away and the maintenance guy was so kind and respectful. The management at Beachside was phenomenal and we had a great experience. Highly highly recommend this home and beachside!

The location of this property just can't be beat. It's right on the beach and a very short walk to Siesta Key village. Balcony overlooking beach and sunset. Plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms. The common area in the house is a bit on the smaller side, but that's not much of an issue as we were out on the beach most of the time except when it rains. They provide beach chairs and a cart to bring stuff to the beach front, which is nice, but no beach umbrella so if you want some shade you'll have to get one yourself.

The property has a BEAUTIFUL view of the ocean and beach, and you are literally steps away from putting your toes in the sand. We stayed during COVID and this place was ideal. We could enjoy the views and beautiful home and then just walk steps to enjoy the beach. We walked miles on the beach everyday, as it is a great walking, biking beach too. There is a ceremony to honor our vets and military every evening at sunset that is very patriotic and an added bonus. The sunsets are BEAUTIFUL from the decks of this property. We decided not to even bother with any kind of sunset cruise as the view and amenities at the property were the BEST. There are 5 large bedrooms with 4 very nice bathrooms. It appears this property has been recently renovated and decorated. There are large televisions in each bedroom and a nice sitting area to watch tv as a group. There is dining seating inside for 10 (6 at a table and 4 at the kitchen counter). However, we spent most of our time dining on the deck (seating for 6 at the table). There are three levels to this property (1. bottom with garage and entrance 2. living area and 2 bedrooms/bathroom and deck 3. 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms with small deck off one of the bedrooms). If you have an issue with stairs, this property will be difficult for you. Also, there is a small narrow road that passes between the property and the beach, although it is used only by the residence so there is minimal traffic. This "road" was a non-issue for us, but may be a consideration if you have small children. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to rent this house again in the future!! DEFINITELY WOULD STAY AT THIS PROPERTY AGAIN!

Great location for a family vacation! Beautiful condo, unparalleled access to beach, walking distance to the Village. The only drawback is traffic from those accessing the beach in front of the condo.

We stayed at 49 Beach rd and you couid not ask for a better beach location. You walk right out the door to the beautiful beach. The property is very updated and stylish as well. If a pool is important to you though I would not recommend this property. The pool is quite a walk away and it is very small. If the beach is what you want though, this property is perfect.

This was a beautiful space for my company's weekend retreat. The home was beautiful and met all my expectations. Its location was perfect for sunset and there were some delicious restaurants walking distance. I loved this space and would come again.
