We had a wonderful stay at the Coastal Surfside Swank property on Beach Road. The house looked exactly like the photos spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. It was perfect for relaxing and spreading out. Any time we had a question, the team was quick to help. They even sent their maintenance technician, Lee, who was incredibly kind and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Great location - steps away from the village and a short walk to the beach. The beach at the private access point doesn't have a ton of room, but it's not a problem if you get there early enough; the public access points aren't too far off and offer more room from the water to where the sand stops being maintained. Beach amenities aren't the greatest. The house itself is pristine and well maintained. Check in process was a breeze and nearby - no burdensome keys (even the beach gate was never locked).

The location and the property were outstanding. The restaurants, bars and stores are all within a five minute walk as well as the beach. We would highly recommend this location for a vacation.

Everything worked well and the location was about as good as it can get in Siesta Key. Easy beach access and a quick walk to the strip makes this a no brainer to book.

We had an amazing stay at Surfsise Swank! The property was ideal for our family of six. The beach was just a stone’s throw away, and the rooftop was the highlight of our stay. We will definitely be back!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. The house was exactly as described and was spacious enough for 6 adults. The provided beach amenities (chairs, towels, cooler and cart) were a huge plus. The proximity to The Village made walking to dinner in the evenings a great way to end each day. Being north of Siesta Beach “proper” was also a plus as the beaches weren’t as crowded. Definitely would come back and stay here again.

Great location right by the beach with view of ocean from the rooftop. The home is absolutely beautiful, decorated nicely just as pictured in the listing. Twin beds are bunk beds, which was the only surprise as this in particular was not listed in the description or captured on photos on listing but worked for our purposes. Host was very responsive to a few issues (drain plug in bathroom, filling hot tub) which were completely resolved in a timely fashion. Had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful place very close to the beach. My wife grew to love the rooftop. It was within a 5 minute walk to our favorite night spot in Siesta Key.
