Casa Mar - 56

I have stayed at this unit twice and have been very happy with the location and how close it is to the beach. I would love to make it a yearly visit. I had a couple of little issues that needed to be repaired and Jeffrey came and did a great job and made the repairs. Plus, he was a super nice person. I highly recommend Beachside Management!

Our week in Siesta Key was again fabulous! We stayed at Casa Mar for the first time. Everyone was very friendly and our villa was perfect for us.

Our stay here was lovely and we hope to make it back next year! The apartment and complex in general felt very safe and was well cleaned/maintained with new appliances. Short walk to the beach was really the selling point for me, I just wish the beach chairs were more stationary on the beach and included umbrellas. Umbrella is still available in the apartment to carry to the beach so it wasn’t a big deal.
We had a late arrival but the staff was very friendly with accommodating our self check-in.

We stayed at Casa Mar for the second straight year and will be back next year, God willing! Unit 56 was a little closer walk to the beach and had an awesome screenporch. Since there were several windy days this year, we also enjoyed the relaxing pool. I would recommend this resort to any of my friends. Special shout out to Robert in the office for helping us navigate the new security gate, which provides even more peace of mind.

My family and I stayed here while visiting Siesta Key for the first time. This place is exactly what we were looking for, very close to the beach, very peaceful and with a 6 years old kid, good swimming pool too. We will surely try to stay here if we will come back in Sarasota.

This unit had been remodeled due to Hurricane Helene and Milton. Comparing it to the original pictures, the remodeling was very well done. I enjoyed my stay there particularly because of the location and the nice screened in porch. It took less than two minutes to walk to the beach. I liked the the two shelters on the beach which gave me a little shade. The grounds are slowly recovering after the salt water damaged many of the trees and bushes. But, the palm trees survived. Beachside Management was great and the staff very friendly. I plan to return next year to this unit.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It was super clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! We loved being able to walk to the beach, which was private! There is also a trolley pick up spot right outside the condo if you’re interested on taking a trip to turtle beach or the village. We will definitely be coming back!!

Our stay at Casa Mar on Siesta Key was amazing! I loved the location. It was an easy walk to the beach and the beach area was the least crowded that we saw of any other area. I really loved the setup of the condos with the grass area for kids to play and the pool close to the room. It really made it feel more homey than just a hotel. We walked to the public siesta beach a couple times and it was a nice walk to play volleyball, see the sunset, and the drum circle. The room was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. We did have to get a lighter for the grill though. There were sheets provided for the pullout couch but no blanket/comforter. Thankfully our kids had blankets they brought that they used. Overall, Our family had an amazing time and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great location in relation to the beach, but a little ways from Siesta Key Village if you’re trying to be within walking distance. Room was clean, and just the right size for 2 guests.
