The locations is about a 3 minute walk to the beach, and a 3 minute walk to restaurants, shops, and sweet treats!
The beach was beautiful, not overly crowded, and the facility provides a wagon & 4 beach chairs.
The pool was crystal clear & perfect for evening relaxation.
The home itself is beautiful, 3 stories-
1st floor is garage & entrance, with an elevator in the garage that accesses all 3 levels. (More for groceries/luggage than wheelchairs)
2nd floor is living room, kitchen, half bath, and laundry. Living room offers a deck with ocean view.
3rd floor is 2 king size beds with full bathrooms in each room.
1 bedroom has a deck with ocean view.
Everything was spotless when we walked in, and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare snacks and meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.
100% would recommend this place to any friends or family! Check out was easy: round up towels, take out trash, and start any dishes in the dishwasher.
10/10 loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was beautiful and even more spacious than it appeared in the photos. The location is perfect. Just a couple minutes walk to the beach and village. We would definitely return.

We stayed for a week at this home with our 3 kids and had a great stay! Views of the sunset and the beach were phenomenal. The location in the village is perfect. About a 90 second walk to the beach and less than 2 minutes to the village. Once you're there, you don't need to drive anywhere. The home itself is in great condition and well cared for. There are three levels of stairs, so something that some people may need to consider. Amazing home, location, and hosting!

This was the first time in years I was able to disconnect and enjoy. This was also the first time I did not want to come home from vacation. Even with the fridge in the garage it was the perfect location. I can not say enough good things about this property.

Booked this townhome for spring break. We checked in after hours but they were responsive and sent after hours instructions. The kids and I got in a morning walk the next day to complete the formal check in. It’s about a mile from the office. The townhouse was perfect. Well appointed and comfortable beds (which is hard to find). My husband and the kids loved it. It’s basically on the beach, the pictures make it look a little farther away than it actually is. Very quiet, safe neighborhood. We rented a golf cart for a few days just for fun but didn’t need it to get around. A short walk to coffee, ice cream and restaurants-maybe 5 minute walk. I would highly recommend!

Perfect location for walking to the beach or the restaurants. And while we did not have to 'collect keys' on arrival, Claire, at the office, took the time to greet us and make sure we had all the info to make us comfortable during our stay. Very friendly and welcoming.

This is a beautiful, comfortable, clean home in a great location. The beach and the village are walkable and we did not even need a car. The kitchen had everything you may need. The beach supplies were also adequate and beneficial. Thanks for a great stay.
