We so loved our stay at this comfortable happy beach house and hope to return with our family Kitchen is fully stocked, comfortable seating, a great bar area and multiple decks to enjoy the sunsets Can’t get any closer to the beautiful beach where everyone is your friend The unit ( both units) have beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to put all in Beach combing, sun, and total zen

We had a group of 8 and the house was perfectly adequate to accommodate allOf us . We cooked almost every meal at house- the big dining room table inside was perfect for eating and playing games as was the outside patio table . The views of the beach were breathtaking . My group is already planning a return trip next April !

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach is just steps away from the house. They had all the beach items available, so we didn’t have to buy anything. We enjoyed the decks for dinner and relaxing. The home was very clean and the staff were friendly and responsive. We definitely will be back again!

With all the professional photographs of ABNB rentals you never know what a place will look like until you are there. This place was better than the pictures. The view of the beach and ocean can only be described as perfect. The house itself was perfect also, we felt right at home in the comfortable living room and kitchen that was well equipped with everything you need. The 3 bedrooms were perfect with two of them having ocean views and access to the upper deck. We walked to every breakfast and dinner in the village or jumped on the free trolly to head down to Captain Curt’s for great crabs legs. The best compliment we can give is the fact we rebooked it for the same week of Thanksgiving next year before we left. The property is managed by Beachside properties and they were fantastic through the entire process.

Location and view are unbeatable! The unit was very clean and spacious. We loved the short walk to the beach. Having chairs and a wagon was a great bonus to make our days on the beach enjoyable.

This is was the perfect location for our beach getaway. We stayed with another family of 4 and had more than enough room for the 8 of us . The house is located right on a beach access, making getting down to the beach very convenient. Some pros and tips (no cons as we don't have anything negative to say):
PROS
- Quick access to beach. Public beach is about 400 meters south.
- Master bedroom is very spacious with a comfortable bed, nice shower, and plenty of closet space.
- Siesta Key Village is a half mile north. Easy walk in cooler weather.
- ***4th of July firework display on the public beach. Easily viewable from the house or beach access.
TIPS
- Like all AirBnBs, they supply the basics but you need to bring your own food, spices, & extra soaps/detergent, etc. There's a Publix less than 10 min away.
- Happy Hour at Siesta Key Oyster Bar and Daiquiri Deck.
- Taking supplies from the house 200 meters to the beach is a workout thanks to the soft sand. Maximize each trip.

Even if the home hadn’t been beautiful and comfortable, the location and view were standout. Thank you for hosting our family! Only caveat, entry stairs nonstandard and were hard to navigate for our elderly mother- a handrail all the way to the entry door would have helped prevent a, happily minor, fall.

We stayed here for 12 days. Weather was perfect and location simply could not be beat.
With these criteria firmly in place, a Tent would suffice. This property is far from being a tent...
Inside, the House looked as if it was a 5 star hotel plonked on the beach. Furnishings were elegant without being over the top and the house was light and airy.
Outside, the house has aged well and looked well maintained. Beach Chairs and an assortment of sand toys for the kids were welcome and in excellent condition.
If you want a real beachfront experience in paradise, stay here!!!

This is an absolutely wonderful townhouse literally on the beach. It's well appointed, has great views and made for a really relaxing long weekend!
