The description is 100% accurate and the house had all that was listed. Disappointed no gas grill-very old charcoal picnic type grill and house needed some TLC but otherwise we enjoyed everything AC broke on day 4, called the office and they were so great and Pierce AC was out within the hour and fixed it in 30 minutes. Would stay here again Thanks Theresa

Excellent location. Very spacious. Lots of closet space and a nice kitchen. The off-site pool and hot tub were great - easy to access. We will stay here again.

We had a great stay... enjoyed access to the beautiful beach without crossing the road. Walked to the village for some excellent meals. Property was clean and spacious!

Place was great , their office was very helpful and attentive.Very peaceful and beautiful spot on the beach.If you need anything from them , you must call the office because their texts take a little long but other than that , I will definitely be renting here again.

Took my son and his five 17 y/o buddies for Spring Break week. The house was everything and more we looked at online. Check in was quick and painless. House was clean, convenient, and surpassed my expectations. The location between the main beach buildings and the village was prime optimal. Will be back next year.

We, my wife, daughter, son in law, and 2 grandkids, stayed in your beachside 600 rental. Was well situated to the beach. The weather was beautiful. Hector, at the rental company, was very helpful. He even printed our return flight birding passes. We are strongly considering returning.

Our family spent the last week of June 2024 here. Location is great! A short walk down beach access 10 and your on the beach. It's also a short drive or walk to the village. The condo was nice. Large kitchen living room area. A little out dated. But not a big deal. Plenty of room for our family of four. Also having access to the pool in the village was great! Nice way to spend a morning before the beach or an afternoon after the beach. They didn't have a beach umbrella in the closest. So we bought one of those along with some inner tubes for the kids. We left them there for future tenants to enjoy. They do need new beach chairs. The ones there were old and falling apart. But useable. This was our 3rd vacation week in Siesta Key. First at this condo. I would totally recommend it! Can't beat the location. As for Siesta Key itself. The beaches are amazing, the restaurants are great and the sunsets are not to miss. We will be back. Not sure where we'll stay, but possibly here again!

Had a lovely stay and, although a great location; the condo was not updated. The utensils were very thin and all knives were dull, making it difficult to meal prep. The main floor windows did not have any curtains, making privacy at night nonexistent. Multiple lightbulbs were missing from sockets throughout kitchen. It was as though there was renovation in process and not finished. Should these items be fixed/updated, I feel this would be a place we would entertain staying at again. Beachside Management was very pleasant and check-in was a breeze.

La casa está sobre una playa privada, lo que hace que con niños sea ideal para no tener que desplazarse grandes distancias.
Es muy linda y cómoda para 4 adultos y 4 niños.
Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes pero respondieron a la brevedad.

We had an excellent stay at the property managed by Beachside Management.
The property is great for a large group (we were 10 family members and were able to accommodate easily).
The property is at great location very close to the beach since you don’t have to cross any street, just take the path next to the house that takes you straight to the beach ( by the way excelente Beach and family oriented).
The property is close to the center (if you like to walk, it’s about 15 mins walk) with full of restaurants, cafe and market place were you can get supplies if you want to cook home the way we did several times.
Overall we had great time and we are planning to return next year.

This location was perfect, as it was directly on beach access 10 so it was a short walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and shops. Once we parked we never drove again until time to come home. The unit itself was clean and spacious. It is a bit dated from a cosmetic perspective but the location more than made up for that. I would stay here again for sure!

The beachside condo is in an awesome location and had plenty of space for our group - 5 adults and a 1 year old. We were able to walk to the beach as well as into town and to the pool. The pool and town were about a 10-15 minute walk, so if we ever did not feel like walking, there were many shuttles and golf carts going by that would take us in as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfect location! The communication with the rental company was wonderful! The house was clean and we would stay here again. This house view was not facing the ocean and we would try to rent the other side next time.
