This was a great location to the main beach! Very easy walk with four kids and grandparent! The pool on the roof was a HUGE plus and allowed more time spent in the water.

The place was clean, convenient for going to beach, had small issues like elevator giving us grief and having to walk 4 flights of stairs, but otherwise it served its purpose very well. Thank you for your hospitality. God bless

Amazing property within walking distance to the beach only right around the corner. Clean and had everything we needed including rafts, wagon, cooler and more! Neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet.

Great location. Clean and had everything we needed to cook or grill. Easy walk to the beach, and we were able to walk into town too. Regret that we didn’t take advantage of the free bike rental!

We stayed in our condo from July 23-30 and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is laid out great and worked well for the families we had on our trip. The management company was quick to answer all of my questions prior to booking and during our stay. Great sized bedrooms, closets, living room, and kitchen. It didn't feel crowded at all and we had the max amount of people allowed in the unit. We also loved all of the balconies. There were only a few things that we thought could have been better but they were minimal. There weren't any kind of pot holders or kitchen towels in the kitchen. We found one eventually but had to use the same towel for dishes all week. The same went for bath towels, there was one per person and without being able to dry clothes during the week, this was difficult. The dryer was not working well our whole trip. It wasn't drying any of our clothes or towels, so we didn't get to wash beach towels and things like we usually like to do. We were also told at check in that a new grill was coming to replace the one currently in the unit. We were excited to use the new grill because we had planned to grill most of our meals. The grill that they replaced the large gas grill with was the smallest electric grill I had ever seen. It only fit 3 chicken skewers on it. It was also electric and there is no outlet on the deck to plug it in. We had to unplug an extension cord for the TV in order to use it but it was just so small that we ended up cooking everything inside. If you plan to grill meals I would just rethink your meal plans. Other than that, it was a great play to stay, close to the beach access and close to village. Convenient to pretty much everything!

This house is a great location to the beach! Great walking distance. Village and restaurants are very close as well. Be prepared to walk up and down stairs a lot! With your suitcase, groceries, etc. The elevator worked once while we were there in 4 days. Ceiling fans don’t work, I usually sleep with a ceiling fan which was a huge plus with this property. (But, switches are black electrical taped off) We visited the roof top pool one time. It’s a neat novelty idea but it’s shallow, windy and lots of birds. Overall we had a great stay.
