Seven couples stayed in the A Las Palmas unit for 2 weeks starting at the end Jan. The house was great for 14 adults; it had plenty of space for everyone to get away. The feature we loved most was the pool and the fact we could use it through the cold snap. We had several follow up items at the house and we can't say enough about the Beachside Management staff. Jeff and John from maintenance were a couple of standouts, they were very responsive. The ice maker didn't work, and they brought us ice to compensate for that. They helped us work the pool since the upfront control panel wasn't working. There were maintenance items around the house that had not been called to their attention, and they were more than happy to address them (they weren't major items but in a house with renters they don't always know the little things that need fixing). We had a power outage while we were there (it was in the neighborhood not just our house) and they responded very quickly on restoring items in the house. Since we were renting for two weeks there were some things that weren't good for that, one bedroom didn't have a dresser drawer and there were very limited hangers throughout the house (they did provide more but we ended up having to buy a lot more to solve that problem). The kitchen was nice; it had 2 dishwashers which was necessary but one refrigerator for this big of a house was a bit of a struggle. There were beverage coolers on other floors that helped with that issue. It was also great they had 2 sets of washer and dryers for that many people. We loved the location a lot, it was walking distance to the beach and the village which made it very convenient. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked it again next year for two weeks! Highly recommend this place and the Beachside Management company - they are all very nice and helpful!

We had a wonderful family visit at the Siesta Key Beach house. It had ample space for 12 of us, and the pool and location were ideal! The house provided the perfect spot for our Thanksgiving dinner and our mother's 80th birthday celebration.

This place has it all…perfect location, stunning accommodations, and lots of space. This property hosted a multi-generation family gathering of 16 with ages ranging from 11 months to 82 years old! Because of the location there was something for everybody. We enjoyed walks on the beach, strolls through the neighborhood, and walkable shopping and restaurants! However, we hardly ever wanted to leave the amazing poolside! Everything looked as expected based on the pictures. The management company was prompt to answer our questions both before and during our stay. Check in and check out were super easy! The game room was awesome, bringing together all ages in games of battleship, ping pong, and foosball! We’ve been trying to figure out how and when we can get back to enjoy this place and space again together!

We stayed at Las Palmas to celebrate my 60th birthday. The property is amazing and was perfect for our large group of family and friends. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, and there was tons of room to spread out throughout the house. We watched the sunset every night from the top floor of the house which has tables/seating for a large group. The pool and spa are spectacular, and we cooked steaks one night in the gas grill. The location of the house is perfect - across the street from the beach and a short walk to the Village. Beachside Management was wonderful to work with, and responded immediately to any of our needs. I highly recommend Las Palmas!

This home was an amazing spot for our group of 13. The home was easy to find. The pool and bedrooms were spectacular. The kitchen had most of the essential tools and appliances you could need. I would say there is not a pantry, so food storage was difficult for all of us. Downstairs by the pool, there was a large presence of mosquitos, even during the morning hours, so make sure you bring spray. Otherwise, the home was perfect.

After two years our family gathered from Ohio, California, and East Coast Florida! The home was spectacular and compliments to the interior designers and the pool design. As expected the heat was on in Florida and the design of the pool with the shallow shelf and the slide kept the grandchildren, safe and cool. The pool was a favorite gathering place. It seemed too good to be true, but the beach was a few minutes walk away as was Siesta Village with the fun shops and restaurants! We even arranged a photographer to take family pictures at sunset . The grandchildren will always have this special memory of our trip together! This is a new property, and there were a few glitches with the pool’s jacuzzi & fountains. Also, securing doors & locking systems.

This was a great house! It was new so missing a few items but figure will work that out. The location was perfect and ideal for our family. We never had to leave the island and could get everything we needed to have an amazing vacation! I highly recommend it. The management company was great too very responsive and there if we needed anything.
