A Charming Beach Cottage

A great location for us! Walk to the beach and walk to the village. Pool was fantastic. Lots of room for all of us and everything we needed. They were able to accommodate our late arrival very simply, but we still had to go to the Management office to get the parking pass for the vehicle the day after we got in which was a little bit inconvenient as we had a tight schedule. Management office has hours every day and is very close to the house though. Plenty of bathroom and beach linens were provided. A great single level home for our older travelers, but located in the middle of everything for our younger ones.

What a beautiful home convenient to everything! We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Yhe beach is like a 3-4 min walk. We eatchrd every single sunrise on the beach. The pool was perfect on the really hot days. The kitchen was definitely perfect and had everything we needed. Rooms were perfect. Only 2 things we suggest is at least 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Its a pricey stay and having more on hand would have been great. We stayed Wednesday- Sunday. Beds need some upgrading or mattress toppers. The master bed and the queen bed need it the most. Otherwise everything was amazing. We have already told friends about this place. Thank you for having us.

The cottage was very nice! Perfect fit for our family and extremely close to the beach and restaurants. The management office was communicating fast and effective about everything we needed to know. Check in & check out was super quick. The pool was very popular with the kids. We loved absolutely everything, so there isn't something we didn't like. But we did have a small suggestion - adding a little more supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. We were warned that only limited amount of supplies would be given. But we were staying for 14 days, so we ran out of everything in the first few days. For the price we paid for our two week stay, we wish we had a little more provided. But again, we were warned ahead of time so we came prepared. This is just merely a suggestion. Thank you for everything!

The place was perfect for a family of 7. The private pool was enjoyed by everyone from grandkids to grandparents. And the short walk to the beach and town made getting around very easy. We’ll be back.

We loved this beach cottage! It worked for four people when we had a couple visit for a few days. It was perfect for just the two of us and it was spacious enough for our family of eight when they visited for a few days. The living area is spacious for gathering. The bedrooms all worked great, the pool was nice and you could not beat the location. There always seemed to be parking at the beach entrance . Claire at the office and John, the Management handyman, were professional and helpful. We had a wonderful 10 days in Siesta Key.

We loved our relaxing stay at this recently renovated property on Siesta Key. Its perfectly situated: 3 min to the beach with 2 access points right across this street and only a 15 min walk to the Village for dinner/drinks. The place is spacious and private and well-appointed. We only had 4 ppl but even with 6 adults there's still plenty of space to store clothes & luggage. The pool is amazing and private, surrounded by a lush garden/palms. Management was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with.
Unfortunately during our stay the outdoor shower was inoperable as they were trying to fix a leak. One note: this property is more of a vacation property so having to bring/purchase certain supplies (eg. shampoo/body wash/cooking supplies/laundry detergent typically found at other AirBnBs) was unexpected. Definitely not a deterrent and we would definitely stay again but knowing would have been helpful. Luckily a Publix is very close by & InstaCart operates on the key.

We loved our stay at A Charming Beach cottage in Siesta Key! We were a group of 5 women, all celebrating a milestone birthday! The property is beautiful inside, obviously very recently renovated. The location is a 10/10, just a short walk to Siesta Village, and literally across the street from the beach!

This place is absolutely beautiful. Perfect for a family with little kids AND teenagers. We loved the spacious rooms, everything was so nicely decorated and cute. The pool was gorgeous and definitely everyone’s favorite part of the house.
