Rebooking and Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans
can change. To better serve our guests while ensuring fairness to property
owners, we offer a rebooking option subject to the following terms:
1.
Eligibility for Rebooking
- Rebooking requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- Requests received within 14 days of check-in are not
eligible for rebooking and will follow the cancellation policy.
1.2 Eligibility for Rebooking - Tivoli by the Sea Units
- Rebooking requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- Requests received within 30 days of check-in are not eligible for rebooking and will follow the cancellation policy.
2. Rebooking Fee
- A non-refundable rebooking fee of $150 (or 10% of the reservation total, whichever is greater) will apply to each rebooking request.
- The rebooking fee must be paid at the time the
request is approved.
3. Conditions for Rebooking
- The new stay must be booked at the same property if available. If the same property is unavailable, Beachside reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide a different property commensurate with the property initially booked.
- The new stay must be scheduled within 12 months of the original reservation date.
- Guests may rebook once per reservation. Additional
rebooking requests will not be allowed.
4. Rate Adjustments
- If the new reservation is for a higher nightly rate or longer stay, the guest is responsible for paying the difference.
- If the new reservation is for a lower nightly rate, the difference will not be refunded or credited.
5. Confirmation
- Rebooking is confirmed only after payment of the rebooking fee and any applicable rate differences.
- Guests will receive a revised confirmation email once
the rebooking is finalized.
6. Exceptions
- In the event of a government-issued travel
restriction or natural disaster affecting the property, the rebooking fee
may be waived at the sole discretion of Beachside.
7. Refund Policy
- Full Refund: Reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking and at least 30 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Reservations canceled at least 14 days before check-in but outside the 24-hour booking window are eligible for a refund of amounts paid, less the cancellation fees.
- No Refund: Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are not eligible for any refund.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
