Beachside Content Policy

By submitting any content on the Beachside Platform, you agree to comply with this Content Policy, as well as our Policies. This policy applies to all forms of content, including but not limited to:

• Written content: Listing titles and descriptions, profile information, reviews (public and private), messages to Hosts or Guests, and online posts.
• Imagery: Photos and videos uploaded to listings or profiles, as well as visible elements within those images (e.g., posters, artwork, signage).

We reserve the right to remove any content—in whole or in part—that violates this policy or any related policies. In cases of repeated or serious violations, we may restrict, suspend, or permanently remove the associated account.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not allowed on the Beachside Platform:

• Discriminatory content
  Any content that violates our Nondiscrimination Policy, including language or imagery that discriminates against others based on protected characteristics.
• Illegal, harmful, or explicit content
  Content that promotes or endorses illegal activities or includes sexually explicit, violent, graphic, harassing, or threatening material.
• Commercial or promotional material
  Content created solely for advertising purposes, including company logos, website links, brand names, or promotional offers.
• Spam or disruptive content
  Repetitive or unsolicited posts, messages, or content shared in a way that disrupts others’ experience on the platform.
• Impersonation
  Attempts to impersonate another individual, account, organization, or Beachside representative.
• Location disclosure
  Content that reveals the precise location of a listing beyond what is shown in the booking interface.

Reviews

• Reviews must be honest, relevant, and free from bias or retaliation.

By contributing content to Beachside, you help shape the quality and trustworthiness of our community. Content that does not align with these standards may be removed, and users who repeatedly violate these rules may face account suspension or removal.
