In case of emergencies, including hurricane evacuations, we recommend purchasing trip insurance from an authorized agent. Many companies offer coverage online. If you cancel due to a hurricane, you have three (3) options: 1. Cancel and lose your deposit 2. Reschedule in the same unit within 2 months and retain your deposit 3. Arrive and should mandatory evacuation be necessary, we will credit the nights of the evacuation.
Payment for your reservation can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. All reservations require the reserving party to have a credit card on file. The first night’s stay, plus tax will be charged immediately upon booking. The balance will be charged in full 30 days prior to arrival. We recommend 3rd party trip insurance

"We come to Siesta a few times a year, and the experience at this property was phenomenal. Of course, the location being the clear best part. The home itself is perfect for a family trip. There’s 5 bedrooms (2 With en suite baths) and 4 bathrooms, so we came with two families as well as grandparents. Perfect set up. We got to enjoy evening/nighttime hangouts on the beach with our kids, and that was the highlight for us. To go out to the beach in the night and enjoy the sunset and the moonlit beach was incredible. All we had to do was a 30 second walk back to the house. We plan to come back. Side note: We had a minor plumbing issue we called about, they sent someone the same day, and turns out the sink cap was in the way lol. So it was our fault.., They resolved it right away and the maintenance guy was so kind and respectful. The management at Beachside was phenomenal and we had a great experience.
