Beachside Management staff

We stayed at Sun and Sea Drive Unit #2. It matched the pictures, was clean, and had all amenities. There were beach chairs, a little cooler, umbrella, and floats available. We had 3 adults and 1 child (10 years old) so it was the perfect size. The walk to the beach was easy and the pool was very close. We enjoyed our stay very much and can't wait to return.

The property was well equipped, clean, and close to everything. Rented a golf cart and I was worried about the parking but this property has plenty of space to park it. I was very happy with my stay and enjoyed the holiday weekend no complaints. Only thing I can honestly say is, beds mattresses can use an upgrade and the only bummer was the TV is not a smart tv couldn’t watch my game of thrones spin-off. Everything else is 5 stars!

Great place for 4 of us over Thanksgiving weekend! The beach and pool are nearby. The kitchen has just about everything you need! Location is wonderful! There are restaurants and nightlife within walking distance or take the free trolley to the village!

Perfect place for a beach getaway! Enjoy the beach, pool, nightlife, and other fun activities just a few steps away! You can also take the trolley to Siesta Key Village or Turtle Beach. Will definitely return! 10/10.

The house was really nice and cozy, would 10/10 recommend. It was really close to the beach, 2-3 minute walk. It was right across a postal office, some little shops, a nice breakfast place as well and some bars and a really nice homemade ice cream shop. The pool was nice as well, although it is not connected to the actual building but we still enjoyed it. The washer and dryer are a plus. Although, the TVs were not smart TVs, we couldn’t access Netflix, Disney plus, YouTube etc. I would say bring a laptop or something like that if you plan on watching movies and shows, but was not a big deal. They also had a small grill outside and some outdoor tables which was nice. We went during a ‘red tide’ and unfortunately the beach was not the prettiest but it is something no one can control; I would say do some research before you go. The house is a little smaller than it looks but I would definitely book again. Check in was smooth. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great experience!! The unit is just a short walking distance from private beach access which was very nice! We traveled with a 4 year old and 6 month old, so it was nice being close to the beach. It is also located close to many restaurants! Beachside management was very easy to work with and had great customer service. Overall we had a great experience and I would highly recommend this location!

Nice beach, nice pool, good stores and restaurants - all very close. The place is clean and quite. Sarasota's main attractions are 30 min away; Publix and Sprouts Market are also 10 minutes away. The location is superb. The management was responsive and fixed any issued within 30 minutes.

We had a great stay in this unit. Beds were nice, clean bathroom, kitchen all around. Updated appliances, mostly new. Short walk to the beach through private gate access. The pool was also very relaxing. Short walk to the group of dinner and night life places, with free 5 min shuttle rides to the Village, where we went almost every night. Very friendly folks all around, lots of midwestern people in April, every other person was from Ohio (like us!). Highly recommended..!

Outstanding location just steps from the private beach access and the heated pool was a nice option. The cottage was updated with stylish decor and outfitted with everything we needed. There is a drugstore, a 7-11 and a couple of great restaurants across the street. A perfect base for our explorations in and around Siesta Key!

This unit was excellent. I can't say enough about the location and the space. It has access to a private beach which is a two minute walk. The residence is clean and updated. The communication from the management company was precise and timely. If I ever have occasion to return to Siesta Key, I would 100% return to this unit or recommend it to my friends/family. There was only one item I would mention and it's by no means a dealbreaker, but if you're a mattress diva, this one was a little hard in the Master bedroom, like what you'd expect at a beach house. Like I said, definitely not an issue, I slept like the dead, but full disclosure. :)

We loved this unit. Location as always was key. You can walk to everything you came for in 5 minutes. The updated interior was great and very clean. It’s nice that this is just two side by side units. Very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed having no one living above us or below us with no stairs to climb. Parking is your own driveway. We recommended a couple of little suggestions that we believe will leave you wanting nothing. The pool is right behind the house is excellent and separated by the condo who owns it so you don’t even have to deal with the (fun) pool noises. Keep in mind this unit is taken care of by a large management company. We would definitely stay here again!
