Beautiful place.. the pictures don’t do this justice. Large full master bed room, chair to read a book, huge television, oversized closet and amazing bathroom shower. You can see the beautiful ocean, somewhat from the balcony. Other two bedrooms very sizable. Completely stocked and ready to go down to beach chairs, beach towels, and even a wagon. The beach is literally right across the street and a pool in the back yard. The families and others staying were very friendly. However, the most beautiful part in my opinion, is the white clear sandy beach. Number 1 beach in US…. This place exceeds my expectations and we are looking forward to returning in the future. Best family vacation ever! Oh and I can be a little picky.. excellent place!

Fabulous property. Truly couldn't have been happier with it (and we use short-term rentals alot!) - The property itself is wonderful - way bigger than it seemed like on the photos (that never happens), location is great for the beach as well as to the Village and the pool area and amenities again we better than the photos showed. We rented bikes for the 5 days and popped all over around the area so quickly and easily. Communicaiton with the management company was great as well - every question was answered quickly. Even in the midst of the COVID world we are living in, a major holiday and a highly desirable location - it was excellent top to bottom. Didn't hurt putting our toes in the baby powder-like sand during 72 degree sunny weather every day! #SiestaRocks

This was a great place! It’s a quick walk to Beach access 11 which is close to the public beach and also to access 10, which is on a quieter stretch of the beach. It was also a quick 10-15 minute walk to the village. The unit was very clean and well stocked and bigger than I expected. The patio was wonderful and we had a little view of the beach too! There were lots of beach toys and games for us which was very convenient. Not negative necessarily,but just be aware that you do share access to the building with the upper units, which may be important to you while COVID is still an issue. It wasn’t a reason that I wouldn’t rebook this unit through. Also, the pool wasn’t heated and it was pretty chilly and we couldn’t use it because of that in November when it was 82 degrees outside during the day.

Fantastic location, great cleanliness. Super easy to get to with email door codes. Only minor concern was traffic passing on beach road that was slightly loud, but not too bad.

This place is beautiful and modern! We got a call on the way in from the airport and were told to proceed directly to the condo and a door code would be emailed to us. We got a door code for the building and one for our unit. Completely contactless entry for the social distancing win! We arrived and noted that the place is located right between beach access 10 and 11 on Siesta Key, it was a quick walk to the beach every day. The unit looked brand new and was enough room for my two teenage daughters, my mom, and myself. Girl trip!!!! Woooot!! Everyone had their own space. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities for cooking, baking, etc, with new modern appliances. This unit also had a washer and dryer. 4 beach towels and 4 beach chairs were also provided and those came in really handy. We enjoyed the balcony and also had time to dip into the private pool (pool chairs were provided) The pictures don't do it justice as it is much brighter and seemed larger in person. There is a trolley stop nearby and you can take the free trolley into Siesta Village for restaurants and shopping. We also had a rental car and parked right in front of the unit, there was plenty of space. This unit is on the second floor, so be advised of needing to be able to do stairs. Also, the cable boxes are plugged into the switched outlets, so if you think the cable is not working, it probably is just the switch on the wall has been turned off by accident. We had no issues throughout our stay and had an enjoyable experience! I am looking forward to staying here again.

This place is almost too good to be true. Very new and clean and modern. Perfect location: beach access right across the street, and a pool?! It's also just a few blocks from restaurants, shops and ice cream, mini donuts, etc. The host lives upstairs and was extremely nice and helpful. I seriously couldn't have asked for a better place. I will definitely stay here again.

The property appeared to be very new or a recent remodel. It was very clean. Situated directly across from the beach was great. We were in the first floor unit so our view was minimal due to the large properties on the beach side. But lovely still. Location is great to walk to beach (#11 access is basically across the street) and a about a little over 1/4 mile to town also the trolley stop is right there. One thing I would mention about the unit is that the floors are polish concrete, they look beautiful. However they do not provide any noise absorption. We were the only people in the house, 6 adults, but just within the same floor lots of noise, TV echos etc. We did not mind it did not bother us at all. If you have small children I would not recommend this for both safety and noise reasons. The management company was very attentive to a couple of cable issues and fire alarm battery that needed to be replaced. We would definitely rent this unit again.
