Adorable bungalow! We had a great experience. From checkin to checkout it was seamless. 2 pools, short walk to the beautiful white sand beach, can catch the trolly by the front entrance. I would definitely recommend.

This place was perfect for two of us! It was very cute, clean and set up perfectly. They even provided beach chairs, towels, a hard side cooler, beach wagon and beach umbrella. Location was great and beach was beautiful!! We would definitely stay here again.

The place was great! It was so cute in there, great vibes and cute beachy decorations.
It was SO close to the beach - a 5 minute walk. The beaches had chairs you could use which were amazing.
The only things I would change - they only gave us 2 beach towels, but 3 of us stayed there. Also, I am 5’11 and the pull out bed was made for someone 5’9 max.
The check-in was easy, but it did require more work than my other average air bnb trips - you had to go to a check in location that was a 3 minute drive away. Super close, but still a little inconvenient for check in and check out.

Stayed a Casa Mar unit No. 3. Was a perfect spot for a week getaway vacay. The place was just so convenient and just steps to the beach being on beachfront property. The addition of given beach amenities like a cooler, chairs, and wagon made it such a ease with daily walks to and from the unit to the sand with all of our items needed to bask in the Seista Key Beach beauty. The team from Beachside Management is such a lovely ease to work with as well. They did great in keeping the place tidy & clean. As per any questions or help needed they were just a text or call away. Being as they are proactive with their rental clients they went above and beyond to help serve my stay and make it feel like home. I would highly recommend to stay at a property of Beachside Management as I personally rate the 5 stars across the board. The community of Seista Key cannot be beat and Beachside Management knows how to please their guests.

The place is nicer than the pictures When Ibread the review may be small for more than 2 people u was worried but 2 adults and 2 children in our group and we had plenty of room The second bed is a pull out sofa but it was comfortable The grounds are very nice, 2 nice pools and the grilling areas are great with picnic tables too Room was clean and had all we needed Wouldn’t think twice about going again Beach access wonderful

Mid century modern gem. Every part of this stay was pleasant and easy. Perfect size and layout for 2 adults with direct beach access. It rained while we were here, so the covered parking at the door to the unit was a big plus.

This condo was very well done and is comfortable for two guests. I would say a family would prefer something larger. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived late. The management staff communicated very well and made sure we had access. We did have issues with the electronic deadbolts to get in, but mostly the front door to the parking area only. Once you enter the code, press on the door so the motor can move the lock. It kept jamming in us and wouldn’t unlock, until we pushed in on the door a little. Well stocked kitchen, medium sized cooler, beach umbrella and two folding chairs are in the room. We used the chairs daily and they were great. Pools are hated and the closest is about 100’ from the condo. Nice pools. The beach is wonderful as always, but this condo is near Midnight Pass Rd and it’s about an 8 minute walk to the ocean. Not bad, but a little hike if you’re carrying chairs, drinks and towels. This complex has a lot of owners that are staying extended times, so the neighbors likely live there part of the time. All super nice and quiet. Definitely a courtyard complex. Everyone has a view to the neighboring condo, no ocean or beach view unless you opt for the larger units right at the beach edge. Laundry is very convenient and easy to operate. Trash is a short walk to dispose of. Parking is great and your car will be right outside your door. We enjoyed the stay and would return.
