Beach House Residence – a luxurious place to unwind for your unforgettable vacation! This stunning penthouse offers an open floorplan, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with room for 4 guests. Enjoy beautiful views of the gulf and take in those gorgeous sunsets from the large top floor balcony. Venture on a stroll to the communities beach access or relax at the Calini Beach Club pool where you can get lounge chairs for enjoying the peaceful tropic breeze. With 13 public beach access points, wonderful shops and restaurants, Siesta Key promises great experiences for everyone who visits. Take advantage of the tranquil waters, soft sand, and warm sun as you explore all the island has to offer and unwind at the end of a fantastic day in this beautiful home.

The Location:
- Less than 400 feet to entrance of Beach Access
- Less than 200 feet to Crescent Village
- 2.7 Miles to Siesta Key Village
- Less than 300 feet to Pool Access
- 400 Feet to local free trolley stop.
Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

Important things to note:
- This unit does not offer an oven or range. Includes, microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer.
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
- Check-in is located at our office at 5700 Midnight Pass Rd. Suite 1 Siesta Key, FL

This was a beautiful property. Easy walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. The rooftop deck was magnificent with great views. The condo was very comfortable, clean and spacious. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy Siesta Key.

We really like the location because it was short walking distance to the beach. Other amenities like a convenient store and restaurants were a huge plus. The views from the top floor was great.

This was probably the nicest Airbnb we have stayed at when it came to cleanliness, upkeep, amenities, and general look and feel. The deck is amazing with an amazing view. Everything inside works great and doesn’t feel run down or used like most beach rentals. It was very clean and comfortable. We felt right at home, which was great because with little ones who need naps we were in the rental quite a bit. The parking was slightly annoying. There is supposed to be a designated spot but the residents in lower units kept parking in our spot. We were able to park in a guest spot but we were always scared it would be taken when we came back. There is a very short walk to the beach, which isn’t an issue, but their advertised beach wagon was broken with wheels falling off so it made it more difficult getting to the beach with all our beach things. Lastly, we were unaware that we had to go to a management building for check in. It wasn’t in the directions. All in all, it was a GREAT stay!

Perfect Vacation

Property was awesome, sunset and water views awesome, convenient to beach, restaurants, shopping, grocery, etc. Easy access to free shuttles to village, just overall perfect.
