Guests come to our office on the day of their arrival where they are greeted by our front desk team. Front desk is responsible for confirming arriving guests meet the check in requirements, assisting those during their stay with any questions, or issues, and communicating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guests needs are being meet.
We have an in-house maintenance team available during business hours 7 days a week. Our skilled team handles most maintenance issue that arise, but should an issue accrue that requires further assistance, we work with the venders of your choice. If you don't have designated venders you prefer to use, we have great venders we can recommend.
Our housekeeping inspections go into a unit upon check-out to evaluate the condition of the unit. Should they find anything, they will create the necessary work order or housekeeping tasks. We hire professional cleaning crews who then go into the unit for a deeper clean. Our housekeeping then returns to the unit to apply the finishing touches for our arriving guests.
Our revenue manager sets nightly prices and monitors the prices of similar properties to ensure our prices remain competitive. They set the required length of stay and adjust accordingly based on availability and market trends, while also following any association or HOA requirements. They also monitor and approve discounts for loyalty guests, marketing campaigns, and third party opportunities.
Our accounting department is integral part of our team. For our owners, they create monthly allocation statements, create end of year 1099 tax forms, and are available for questions regarding statement breakdowns.
Our Ecommerce team is responsible for building, monitoring, and updating all property listings on our website and all major third party booking platforms. They work in tandem with the revenue manager, front desk, and marketing team to ensure property details, promotions, discounts, and events are being properly advertised.
Our marketing team focuses on implementing several different types of strategies. We focus heavily on social media marketing, email campaigns, blog posts Google ads, SEO management, public relations, and brand marketing. As our company continues to grow, we have begun focusing our efforts into more diverse and consistent marketing campaigns.
