Summer Trip

We absolutely love Siesta Key and have been down here numerous times. Stayed at this house about 12 years ago prior to its renovation. Lovely now! Back patio and pool are both great bonuses. Had a lot of rain, and on those days it can be small to hang out inside. Otherwise perfect. I would say the only downside was the A/C doesn't circulate to the whole house very well so we slept fairly hot. Location is perfect to get to the beaches and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

house was everything i hoped for. i wish when entering back door from pool we didn't have pool alarm. i understand it needs to go off when exiting house to pool for safety but getting back inside seemed odd and annoying. House was clean and location was perfect! I would definitely go back.

The space could not have been better for our family. The private pool and outdoor space is better than I’ve seen at any place in Siesta Key. You’re also only a block away from beach access! The only thing is that the internet went out for a couple days and the dryer was disconnected but Beachside Management was able to get it fixed timely. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again next year!

This is the perfect location. It was .3 miles to either end of the Village and .3 miles to the beach! The home is beautiful and the pool was amazing. Always love our time in Siesta Key and our stay was wonderful here. The management office was easy to find and the lady working was very helpful! xo

The house in the picture is not the place we actually ended up in. This original home, though in a great location, was not useable. In 2 of the 3 bathrooms, there was virtually no running water. Couldn’t shower or even wash your hands in the sink. In addition, the kitchen sink had no water pressure either. Stay away.
However, Beachside mgmt made lemonade out of lemons. Grace and Trish looked into it and found a wonderful replacement for us! The vacation was saved. Will return to Siesta Key with their assistance next year.
